After 21 years in the Air Force and more than 2,500 hours flying, I felt absolutely lost when it came to transitioning out to be a civilian pilot. There is a ton of information throughout the web about everything having to do with flying, but there wasn’t a clear website with all the information in one place. I want to create something that would be beneficial to all military pilots going through one of the most stressful transitions in their lives. I want to provide a thorough repository of transition and civilian flying information, so that there are no questions remaining after leaving this website.
